This one is so hard for me to review. I love the chairs I received, but they were a lower specification than what I ordered and paid for. Additionally the seller did not do any of the things they agreed to do. I asked for photos of the chairs to be sent before the shipping and they didn't send the photos, I asked for fabric samples to be included and they didn't send them, I asked for assembly instructions to be sent and they didn't send them. The production time was significantly delayed due to floods, which I understand was out of their control. Over-all I love the chairs I DID receive and I have used them in my home cinema, but I was not happy with anything else during the transaction. I was intending to use my chairs as samples and then import them to sell in my country, but I didn't receive the product I ordered, so I couldn't continue with my endeavour as I still haven't seen the product I wanted to sell.
